Well in my opinion 15 year old's shouldn't be labeled as kids, they are young adults and some of them are as big and act like adults. Why are the parents allowing this 15 yr old to ride a motor bike without a licence. The parents should also get a ticket for child endangerment. Witness said kids just acting like kids.
