Background
Marilyn Musgrave is a local Weld County resident. She grew up in rural Weld County, graduated from Eaton High School and Colorado State University. After college she was a schoolteacher in eastern Colorado.

She is currently in her second term in the U.S. House of Representatives and is up for re-election in 2006.
